Virtual Reality

Grateful to have been leading meditations and offering spiritual teachings in virtual reality since 2019. For those that may not be familiar with VR. It is a fairly new technology where you put on a VR headset and are fully immersed in the experience.

Once you have a headset there are lots of different apps and games to explore. Within all this various communities have started to grow within the virtual reality worlds. I am involved with one that has shifted names a few times but at it's core we are a group of friends meeting together to practice, hang out and support each other. A Sangha as it's called in buddhism. A spiritual community.

One of the great things about it is that i can meet my friends from all over the world from the comfort of our own houses. When you are in the VR worlds there is a shared sense of present moment that is different than screen meetings like zoom etc...

Though there is a bit of a learning curve in getting started in VR. So if you are interested in learning more about how to join, please contact me and i will be happy to help.

As of 01/11/25 i lead two weekly session each week. The first one is called Death Q&A (Tuesdays at 1 PM ET) which i co-host with my friend Tom Nickel. We have been holding this space since the beginning of covid with the intention of have a safe space to talk about the often taboo subject of all things surrounding impermanence.

The second weekly meeting is a guided Presence meditation. Wednesdays at 9 pm ET.
